Senior Data Analyst

Location: On-site in New York, NY; relocation support is available

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Partner with product, engineering, and customers to define analytics needs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for internal users and CPG brands.
• Write complex SQL queries against large-scale financial, retailer, and operational datasets.
• Define and maintain business metrics and KPIs while identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Analyze deductions and disputes, retailer performance, and sales and demand forecasting data.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve data models and create clean, analysis-ready datasets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong experience building dashboards and analytical reports.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Mode.
• Experience with financial, retail, or operational datasets.
• Comfort working directly with users.
• Interest in early-stage startups and high-ownership roles.
• Technical or quantitative degree.
