Sr Manager, Business Intelligence

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid/remote work schedule may be available for eligible positions, subject to workplace flexibility requirements.

Salary: USD $146,515–$215,000 per year. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are additional.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define metrics, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for analysis and reporting.
• Use SQL and Python to analyze and build large datasets, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights into digital product experiences.
• Develop, optimize, and automate datasets supporting insights, dashboards, and key product metrics.
• Build dashboards and underlying data models that provide visibility into KBIs and operational performance.
• Collaborate with analytics colleagues to improve analytics practices and share domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 72 months of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation, including 36 months with the specified analytics experience.
• Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards for KPI reporting, executive scorecards, and operational analytics.
• Advanced SQL experience with complex joins across large relational datasets in Teradata, Oracle, or comparable data warehouse environments.
• Experience developing Python scripts for analytics, data validation, automation, and batch processing of large datasets.
• Experience optimizing SQL workloads and documenting analytics requirements in JIRA for governed BI development.
