Manager- IT Data Analytics

Location: Remote

Salary: $113,300–$151,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a team of BI and data analytics professionals and guide operating processes, delivery, coaching, and talent development.
• Develop and execute the analytics capability roadmap, defining project scope, resource requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead analytics platform upgrades and maintenance for SAP, Power BI, and other platforms.
• Deliver reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for enterprise business needs.
• Translate complex data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations for strategic and tactical business problems.
• Manage platform vendor support relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders on priorities and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of SQL experience.
• At least 2 years of Power BI or Tableau experience.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, developing talent, and coordinating work across stakeholders.
• Occasional travel may be required; the role may involve typical office environments and outside locations and lifting up to 25 pounds.
