What you will do

• Design and build complex analytics, reporting, and real-time data solutions for clinical, product, network, and market operations.
• Analyze production-scale healthcare datasets to identify patterns, explain findings, and support business decisions.
• Develop performance metrics and evaluation frameworks for value-driven business lines and clinical operations.
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, documentation, and maintenance of the analytics repository and roadmap.
• Automate reporting capabilities and deliver insights that improve care, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Manage and mentor analysts, prioritize workflow, support professional development, and maintain partnerships with clinical, operational, and research leaders.

Requirements

• Formal people leadership experience managing teams of individual contributors, including professional development and performance management.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics across database and big data environments.
• 5+ years of experience with business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboarding.
• Experience with SQL and multiple scripting languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Google Analytics technology stack, including BigQuery and Looker.
