Global Commodity Manager (Servers)

What you will do

• Lead a complex supply chain for PCP servers, including industry and data analysis and reporting to senior managers.
• Translate stakeholder priorities into supply chain strategies and influence suppliers and marketplace categories.
• Develop and use supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools.
• Lead supplier selection, supply base optimization, supplier development, and day-to-day supplier operations.
• Negotiate and complete contracts with complex suppliers and advise business leaders on contract risks.
• Contribute to risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and operational strategies.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically 6–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Business-level English and Mandarin required.
• Strong knowledge of global procurement processes, complex suppliers, contracting principles, and procurement tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, project management, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to draft contract solutions, manage complex risks, and close complex deals with limited supervision.
