Procurement Associate

What you will do

• Set up contracts, outline agreements, and spot purchase orders in procurement systems.
• Confirm and file agreements and purchase orders while ensuring accurate and complete information.
• Interact with suppliers, follow up on open items, and coordinate payment-term verification.
• Coordinate vendor master setup and review, as well as the resolution of exceptional notices.
• Provide transactional procurement support and drive continuous improvement with buyers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with procurement colleagues to develop and share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or a service center.
• Proficient spoken and written Korean is required.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, analytical, and prioritization skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with SAP or other mainstream ERP systems.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence suppliers toward process and mindset improvements.
