What you will do
- Support 12-hour production shifts and maintain process integrity for etch-module equipment.
- Assist with process qualification and fine-tuning for production.
- Troubleshoot process issues and minimize lot hold times.
- Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
- Coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives and ensure SOP compliance.
- Support process improvement, QIT, productivity, quality, audit, housekeeping, and production safety activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
- Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts and onsite production work in Singapore.
- Strong teamwork skills.
