Process Support Engineer (Metrology)

Location: Singapore, SGP — North, based at the customer's site

What you will do

• Provide customer-site support through equipment installations, system diagnosis, service, and repair.
• Work with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing.
• Design hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve customer product issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to build consensus and establish trust.
• Support junior colleagues, liaise between customers and the business unit, and lead small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain sensitive information and build consensus.
• English communication proficiency required.
