What you will do

• Support contamination control activities in cleanroom manufacturing environments.
• Conduct cleanroom audits and monitor critical contamination metrics (particle, TOC, CTQ).
• Investigate defects and yield issues using root cause analysis tools.
• Lead contamination reduction and process improvement projects.
• Provide technical support for substrate processes, including kitting, packaging, and reclaim operations.
• Train and guide technicians and operators on cleanroom best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor, HDD, electronics, or cleanroom manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise in contamination control and process troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with root cause analysis tools such as 5 Why, 8D, FMEA, or Fishbone.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to use data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.
