What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective home buyers and sellers.
• Handle warm inbound leads and outbound follow-up calls; no cold calling is required.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand clients’ home buying and selling needs.
• Build trust and guide clients toward relevant hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience.
• Record client interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow up to support a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing work, sales, client services, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, listening, rapport-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience handling inbound leads or consultative phone conversations.
• Ability to manage focused one-on-one client conversations.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to quality and detail.
• Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools in a fast-paced environment.
