Inside Sales Representative (Phone Sales & Closing): Converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into paying customers with an accent on lead qualification, objection handling, and CRM accuracy. Focus on responding to leads, recommending solutions, preparing quotes, closing sales, and consistently achieving conversion targets.

Location: Remote from Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, or Guatemala; working hours aligned with U.S. business hours

What you will do

Respond quickly to inbound sales leads and conduct outbound follow-up.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotes and explain pricing clearly.
Handle objections and close sales.
Maintain consistent follow-up on open opportunities and accurate CRM records.
Work toward individual sales, conversion, and KPI targets.

Requirements

2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience.
Proven ability to close sales and handle objections.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Experience using CRM systems.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Highly organized, persistent, disciplined, and results-driven.
