Remote-Real Estate Investment Representative/Disposition Agent

What you will do

• Develop plans to sell acquired real estate properties to network investors and prospective buyers.
• Negotiate with investors and prospective buyers, evaluate offers, and submit counteroffers.
• Market properties to potential investors and conduct property showings.
• Manage the disposition process from acquisition through closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and new prospects.
• Research current conditions in the local real estate market.

Requirements

• Previous wholesaling experience is required.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resilient, competitive, coachable, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong interest in negotiation, deal-making, and sales.
