Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own 2–3 enterprise customer relationships and serve as a trusted, responsive partner.
• Lead customer engagements from the first call through deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global’s platform, including simulations, population modeling, evaluations, and validations.
• Translate customer needs into actionable input for product and modeling teams.
• Take on high-impact projects spanning customer acquisition, simulation quality, and product direction.

Requirements

• Experience deploying enterprise AI or data products, strategy consulting or investing, or working in product or engineering with a strong customer and business focus.
• Ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and navigate complex customer relationships.
• Strong product fluency and ability to learn and clearly explain technical concepts such as AI evaluations, validation, and model behavior; coding is not required.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, resourceful, and comfortable working in an ambiguous 0-to-1 environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Comfort building lightweight tools or automations with scripts or no-code tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS.
