Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, Chicago, or Toronto; in-office 4–5 days per week; travel approximately twice per month for 2–3 days

Salary: $190,000–$250,000 USD/CAD annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own enterprise customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch, stabilization, and adoption.
• Lead discovery, scoping, requirements definition, workflow design, success metrics, and rollout planning.
• Manage concurrent deployments, coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders while tracking risks, cadence, and launch readiness.
• Partner with product operations, engineering, and training teams on configuration, data migration, launches, and adoption.
• Support customer change management and communicate workflow changes across client organizations.
• Translate customer feedback and deployment learnings into product requirements, playbooks, processes, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
• Track record of owning complex enterprise deployments through successful launch.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical background with strong technical intuition.
• Ability to manage complex client-facing projects independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week and travel approximately twice per month.
