Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, Chicago, or Toronto; in-person attendance required 4–5 days per week. Travel required approximately twice per month for 2–3 days.

Salary: $190,000–$250,000 USD/CAD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own enterprise customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead discovery, scoping, requirements definition, workflow design, success metrics, and rollout planning.
• Manage concurrent deployments, project plans, stakeholder coordination, operating cadences, risks, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate product configuration, data migration, launch activities, and adoption with Product Operations, Engineering, and training teams.
• Support organizational change management and communicate workflow changes with client leadership.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and contribute to repeatable deployment playbooks and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
• Track record of independently taking complex enterprise deployments live and resolving implementation obstacles.
• Strong technical intuition demonstrated through a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to manage complex client-facing projects end-to-end with sound judgment and autonomy.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, stakeholder influence, creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week and travel approximately twice per month.
