Technical Deployment Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, with onsite customer engagement when needed

Salary: $170,000–$400,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own technical delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and operating rhythms for customer workstreams.
• Coordinate hirify.global, OpenAI, and customer teams while sequencing work, resolving blockers, and protecting critical paths.
• Map customer workflows, define success criteria, and drive prototype-to-production adoption.
• Partner with engineers, researchers, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and customer stakeholders through MVP, launch, and scale.
• Make tradeoffs across scope, sequencing, resourcing, quality, risk, and speed.
• Track value cases, KPIs, adoption, and impact, while codifying reusable implementation patterns and field insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery, technical program management, deployment, consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex, ambiguous, cross-functional technical projects requiring close coordination and fast decisions.
• Technical fluency in architectures, integration plans, data and workflow constraints, and production readiness.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs clearly with business leaders, technical teams, and customers.
• Strong customer empathy and willingness to spend time onsite with customers when it accelerates delivery and trust.
• Practical interest or experience in AI/LLM systems and production deployment challenges.
