What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and interpret marine, coastal, and land-based survey and site investigation programs.
- Manage metocean, bathymetric, topographic, geotechnical, geophysical, and environmental survey activities.
- Develop scopes of work, technical specifications, and survey requirements, and manage external consultants and specialist providers.
- Review datasets, survey deliverables, technical reports, and data outputs for accuracy and suitability.
- Conduct and review engineering studies, technical assessments, and simulation analyses for marine, coastal, and port infrastructure.
- Evaluate design alternatives, identify risks and constraints, and prepare technical recommendations and documentation for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Coastal, Marine, Ocean, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering of jetties and coastal structures.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest revisions of applicable design codes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in an office-based role in Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom.
