What you will do

• Manage water environment components of environmental management plans and planning obligations.
• Conduct site walkover surveys, borehole installation monitoring, and water quality testing.
• Support clients with abstraction licensing and hydrogeological risk assessments.
• Oversee project delivery, including proposal writing, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
• Ensure all advice complies with current UK regulations and technical best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification and working toward or holding Chartered status with a UK/EU recognized body.
• Proven experience in delivering technical water environment or hydrogeological projects.
• Technical expertise in GIS, environmental modelling, and surface/groundwater sampling.
• Strong knowledge of UK water-related legislation and Environmental Impact Assessment requirements.
• Full, current UK driving licence required.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to diverse audiences.
