Reporting Engineer (Offshore Inspection)

Location: Aberdeen, United Kingdom; flexible working hours with potential to work 2 days a week from home subject to manager and corporate policies.

What you will do

• Produce and deliver project reporting outputs according to contractual schedules and client requirements.
• Process, validate, and manage survey and ROV inspection data.
• Ensure deliverables meet project requirements and hirify.global quality standards.
• Support projects from offshore data acquisition through final reporting and client delivery.
• Collaborate with ROV teams, Inspection Engineers, Project Engineers, and Data Processors.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance while contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in Earth Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working offshore as a Data Processor, Inspection Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with offshore survey reporting and ROV data processing.
• Knowledge of EIVA, Integrity Elements, Nexus, or similar reporting software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong IT, written and verbal communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
