What you will do

• Hire, develop, and motivate the store team through effective performance coaching, feedback, and training.
• Drive the sales plan and maximize store revenue through strategic management of sales and merchandising.
• Oversee all studio operational procedures, including scheduling, shipment management, and expense control.
• Ensure the studio maintains high visual standards and presentation according to brand directives.
• Manage employee relations and performance in partnership with Human Resources and the Regional Manager.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA.
• Strong interpersonal communication and proven people management skills.
• Financial literacy and the ability to manage budgetary responsibilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Office software, and 3D rendering programs.
• Physical ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
