Dual Store Manager

Location: Short Hills, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $100,000–$105,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead store performance across revenue, profitability, customer experience, service quality, and KPI achievement.
• Manage inventory counts, order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, retail technology, supplies, shrink, and operational escalations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee campaigns and window signage, and improve assortment performance and replenishment.
• Plan staffing, source and select talent, support onboarding and training, manage scheduling, and assess performance.
• Build an engaging and inclusive store environment while developing and motivating team members.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve risks, roadblocks, employee-relations matters, and operational inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Financial management experience, including sales growth, reporting interpretation, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Strong leadership experience attracting, developing, and motivating talent in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated service excellence in a consumer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of the local retail market and trends.
• Ability to work onsite in Short Hills, New Jersey.
