Salary: MXN $0–$0 monthly indicative hiring range.

What you will do
- Oversee trade spend and discretionary funds for the Mexico market, partnering with commercial leadership on promotional investment strategy and customer conditions.
- Lead quarterly forecasts, the Annual Operating Plan, and monthly sales adjustment closings for trade spend and DFI.
- Approve promotional activities in Salesforce by validating contractual conditions, budgets, policies, and approval governance.
- Monitor accruals, reclassifications, reconciliations, payouts, and customer-related disbursements, correcting budget variances.
- Analyze potential new customers, prepare estimated P&L statements, and provide account setup approvals.
- Partner with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Trade Marketing, and Logistics while supporting SOX compliance, audits, US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate financial policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 6+ years of experience in finance roles, including commercial finance in consumer packaged goods, trade spend, promotional investment, and customer profitability.
- Experience challenging and influencing senior commercial stakeholders, leading direct reports, and developing others.
- Strong project ownership, accountability, analytical judgment, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and advanced MS Office Excel skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
