What you will do
- Support the monthly financial close process and verify P&L and balance sheet account balances.
- Prepare month-end financial reports for corporate finance.
- Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analysis against plan and prior year for direct operating expenses and global functions.
- Prepare account balance reconciliations and improve information sources.
- Support the development and implementation of accounting and operational policies, procedures, process changes, and system changes.
- Support annual budget preparation and collaborate with finance, commercial, operations, business risk, audit, and tax teams.
Requirements
- University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English skills in writing and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Three years of experience in financial planning or accounting within multinational companies.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and local NIF.
- Experience with ERP functionalities and the ability to deliver high-quality information within deadlines.
