Technology and Innovation Organization FP&A Financial Analyst

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States of America.

What you will do

• Lead and advise on critical business initiatives across finance sub-functions, geographies, and organizations.
• Analyze, report, and reconcile complex financial and operational results.
• Support capital strategies, investment decisions, budgeting, planning, controls, and business plan development.
• Collaborate with business leaders on long-term and strategic decision-making.
• Drive globally impactful process improvements and policy development.
• Lead cross-functional teams, represent the business in planning processes, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial planning, financial statements, investments, internal controls, and variance analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, automation, process improvement, KPI management, P&L management, and SAP applications.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
