What you will do

• Coordinate accurate and realistic planning, forecasting, business planning, and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor risks, opportunities, KPIs, budget variances, and compliance with controlling guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute BI and local financial reports for budget owners and business stakeholders.
• Develop profitability analyses and reports, including customer trade terms, marketing events, and commercial budgets.
• Act as a key user for BI, Hyperion, BPTool, SAP, and other financial planning tools.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and other functional teams to resolve budget issues, identify savings, and improve resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or controlling.
• Knowledge of ERP, financial planning, and business intelligence systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills.
• Strong IT skills and excellent knowledge of MS Excel, SAP BI, Hyperion, or similar tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with statistical and data analysis tools.
