TL;DR
Senior Customer Engineer, Edge APAC (AI Infrastructure): Designing and positioning modular data center and rack solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on systems integration, networking, virtualization, and containerization. Focus on leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops, translating customer requirements into production-ready infrastructure, and supporting complex sales engagements.
Location: Remote in Singapore; international travel may be required.

What you will do
- Provide technical guidance to customers and sales peers on ’s products and services.
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops tailored to customer challenges.
- Support customer engagements, technical scoping, proposal development, solution strategy, and resource prioritization.
- Build trusted relationships with technical decision-makers and influencers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify product opportunities.
- Enable field teams on technical concepts, product features, and selling strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales/customer engineering, or solution architecture for technical products.
- Understanding of networking and connectivity fundamentals, including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, satellite, and cellular communications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, containerization, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
- Expertise in modular and micro data center architectures, systems integration, and hybrid or distributed computing platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-facing skills; willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI and edge AI solution architecture, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX.
- Exposure to IoT sensors, camera systems, telemetry, REST APIs, WebSockets, or SNMP.
- Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Command of the Message.
- Experience with MSPs, telcos, oil and gas, utilities, physical products, logistics, supply chain, import/export, or customs.
