Maintenance Planner (GMP/CMMS)

Location: US-CO-Frederick

Salary: $82,480–$128,875 per year, plus bonus eligibility, stock, and benefits.

hirify.global partners with biopharmaceutical companies and is expanding its Colorado operations for oligonucleotide-based therapeutics manufacturing.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration for GMP equipment and devices used in API manufacturing.
• Manage spare-parts inventory, procurement orders, receipt inspections, and stocking.
• Administer Blue Mountain RAM CMMS activities for the Frederick facilities.
• Manage service contracts and third-party maintenance for process equipment skids.
• Maintain electronic forms, work routines, schedules, asset records, spare-parts inventory, and user accounts.
• Own CMMS-related change controls, non-conformances, CAPAs, and SOPs, and represent the system during client and agency audits.

Requirements

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience planning or coordinating equipment maintenance and calibration in a manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of experience as a planner or coordinator in a GMP pharmaceutical or biologics production facility.
• 4+ years of experience owning or administering a CMMS such as Blue Mountain RAM, SAP, or Maximo.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, OSHA, PSM, hazardous-area requirements, lockout/tagout, confined-space procedures, hot-work permits, and EHS practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with vendors, internal customers, and employees.

Nice to have

• Experience with pumps, agitators, automated valves, piping systems, and temperature-control module skids.
• Familiarity with calibration of flow meters, floor scales, vessel load cells, pressure transmitters, and temperature transmitters.
• Exceptional people skills, technical knowledge, and influential leadership ability.
