Staff Financial Analyst (Technology Ecosystem)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay range: $154,000–$208,500 per year, with potential eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end budgets for key Technology executives, including analysis, executive storytelling, and presentations.
• Lead forecasting, resource planning, and financial management for approximately $3B in Technology investments.
• Lead Technology headcount forecasting across the organization with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
• Partner with senior Technology and business leaders to anticipate resource needs and guide investment decisions.
• Deliver structured, data-driven analyses and strategic initiatives that support business outcomes.
• Design and improve financial and operational processes while leading organizational change.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent experience in dynamic finance roles.
• Experience deriving insights, creating concise executive narratives, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of investment management, resource planning, and business performance initiatives, preferably in a technology company.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, collaborate in a matrixed organization, and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
