Senior Advisor, Energy Efficiency Programs and Contracts (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Irwindale, California, US; hybrid work with required reporting to an SCE facility, and employees must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 annually

What you will do

• Manage performance of third-party implemented energy efficiency programs and contractual relationships with implementers.
• Support program data reporting, forecasting, planning, design, contract amendments, and budgets.
• Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on program operations, compliance, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Use reports, dashboards, and customer feedback to identify risks, escalate issues, and drive improvements.
• Lead strategic program activities with internal teams, vendors, regulators, industry associations, and technology providers.
• Develop and implement training programs and participate in emergency response and on-call Incident Management Team rotations approximately every four to six weeks.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in customer service, corporate, administrative, or analytical roles supporting business operations.
• At least 4 years of experience leading customer programs, services, or projects.
• Ability to protect physical, financial, cybersecurity, customer, medical, and proprietary information assets.
• Ability to work and reside in California and report to an SCE facility on designated hybrid-work days.

Nice to have

• Experience directing or negotiating new contracts and contract amendments.
• Experience managing portfolios or multi-program strategy initiatives.
• Experience as an external-facing liaison with vendors, regulators, or partner agencies.
• Experience administering energy efficiency programs or working in the utility industry.
