What you will do

• Manage subprojects and tasks, including work plan development, staff assignments, and performance reporting.
• Maintain databases for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Define, track, and drive program deliverables to ensure they meet time and budget constraints.
• Assess project progress and develop creative solutions to address market dynamics and issues.
• Manage client expectations, satisfaction, and communications while resolving escalated issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Software, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, energy, environment, or engineering).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing project plans, scopes, and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Existing Building Commissioning.
