What you will do
- Support the end-to-end release lifecycle, including planning, validation, approvals, and deployment governance.
- Coordinate Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams around sprint and release objectives.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating and mitigating delivery blockers.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Coordinate production releases, incident triage, resolution tracking, and post-incident reviews.
- Prepare delivery governance reports and ensure adherence to SDLC, audit, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or Scrum roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in New York.
