What you will do
- Lead supplier-site projects supporting supplier and commodity strategies.
- Drive resolution of supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
- Provide tactical procurement escalation support for assigned supplier sites.
- Support commercial and technical cost-reduction programs.
- Execute supplier-site capacity readiness programs.
- Implement supplier continuous-improvement and resilience initiatives, including manufacturing automation, vertical integration, and sub-tier management.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles within the relevant job family.
- Basic knowledge of related job families and understanding of the industry.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
- Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance with ' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
