Global Operations Intern (Product Ops Focus) (ERP/AI/logistics): Maintaining ERP and SKU data, coordinating product labeling, customs documentation, shipments, test-device deployments, and partner communications with an accent on operational data accuracy, hardware logistics, and product testing. Focus on tracing and resolving system-data gaps, coordinating cross-functional shipment hand-offs, and tracking test units and project deliverables across Singapore and APAC.
Location: Singapore City, Singapore; flexible hybrid working model

What you will do
- Audit and maintain SKU catalogs and ERP data, identify missing or dropped SKUs, and support accurate order fulfillment and reporting.
- Assist with product-labeling governance by documenting and implementing standard operating procedures and resolving workflow issues.
- Perform system health checks across warehousing and dispatch systems to maintain operational data consistency.
- Coordinate import permits, customs documentation, shipment tracking, and hand-offs between freight forwarders, customs brokers, internal teams, and regional partners.
- Coordinate logistics and hardware provisioning for new product evaluations, alpha/beta testing, and trial runs.
- Track test-unit distribution, partner feedback, action registers, status reports, label rework, and shipping cost-recovery cases.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of AI in day-to-day operational practice.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar, as well as Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of data management principles and strong attention to detail when tracing missing system data and resolving workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for coordination with regional partners and cross-functional teams.
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to customs requirements, permit applications, and device-distribution logistics.
