Global Operations Intern (AI)

Location: Singapore City, Singapore; flexible hybrid working model with in-person and virtual work supported.

What you will do

• Audit and maintain SKU catalogs across ERP platforms, investigate missing data, and resolve catalog and enablement issues.
• Support product-labeling governance by documenting and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Perform system health checks across warehousing and dispatch systems to maintain operational data consistency.
• Coordinate import permits, customs-clearance documentation, freight forwarding, and shipment hand-offs for hardware entering Singapore and APAC regions.
• Coordinate hardware provisioning and logistics for product evaluations, trial runs, and alpha/beta testing.
• Track test-unit distribution, partner feedback, action registers, deliverables, shipping recovery cases, and status reports for project leads.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP, Excel or Google Sheets including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and data-management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English for coordination with regional partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to trace missing system data and follow resolution workflows.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to customs requirements, permit applications, and device-distribution logistics.
• Excellent understanding of AI in day-to-day operational practice.
