Supplier Account Management - Technologist (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop the Asia supply chain ecosystem for built-to-print commodities supporting volume production and quick-turn NPI needs.
• Identify supply chain capability gaps and drive capability enablement, technology transfer, and development of potential suppliers in Asia.
• Provide technical leadership to internal and external teams and lead supplier development teams toward project and program goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies to drive supply chain innovation in Singapore and Asia.
• Develop project plans and oversee execution from conception through implementation, including strategies, processes, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and provide engineering and business process expertise for complex programs and issues.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant technical discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and drive end-to-end project solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including presenting complex ideas and persuading senior stakeholders.
