Logistics Sourcing Manager (Asia)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Relocation eligible. Domestic and international travel required approximately 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop and execute logistics commodity and supplier strategies for Asia, covering warehousing, brokerage, and domestic transportation.
• Own sourcing processes, RFx planning, sourcing events, contract management, rate optimization, and tactical procurement.
• Assess supplier capabilities, conduct commercial negotiations, and manage supplier relationships.
• Standardize SLA measurement and supplier performance reporting, identify deficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, and suppliers in a global matrix organization.
• Analyze supply markets, cost drivers, capacity risks, and mitigation options across logistics commodities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience evaluating and managing suppliers in supply chain operations, consulting, or sourcing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international transportation, including heavyweight air, ocean, parcel ground/air, trucking, warehousing, and brokerage.
• Strong commercial negotiation, project management, leadership, problem-solving, change management, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
• Financial and business acumen, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• BA/BS in business, engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Lean and Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with Coupa sourcing optimization tools.
• MBA or NAPM/APICS certification.
