Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant (Financial Services)

Location: Remote within the United States; NYC/New York, New York. Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations in the assigned region.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Own technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales campaigns while partnering with Account Executives.
• Lead customer roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, executive visioning discussions, and discovery activities.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value with clear success criteria.
• Analyze complex ERP, CRM, data, workflow, AI, partner, web, and enterprise development environments to integrate hirify.global solutions.
• Direct technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Coach peers, lead enablement sessions, create reusable technical assets, and communicate customer requirements to Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role, or 10+ years in client-facing Professional Services or technical consulting with enterprise sales involvement.
• Recent hands-on programming experience or technical fluency with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++, plus SQL, HTML, and XML.
• Exceptional communication, discovery, requirements analysis, executive presentation, and influencing skills, including engagement with C-level audiences.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Financial Services industry experience involving application development platforms, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks.
• Experience creating reusable demos, technical assets, enablement content, or industry points of view.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
