Solution Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote (United States); willingness to travel to client sites for kickoffs and critical milestone meetings is required.

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base salary

What you will do

• Own functional and technical requirements from project kickoff through sprint readiness, QA support, and go-live documentation.
• Research client technology stacks, identify access and credential requirements, and develop integration architecture approaches.
• Lead client discovery sessions, technical requirements workshops, conversational design presentations, and engineering reviews.
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, dependencies, and sprint sequencing.
• Specify APIs, coordinate whitelisting, and document credentials, test accounts, integrations, configurations, and architecture diagrams.
• Partner with Project Managers on scope boundaries, change requests, implementation standards, and technical documentation practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Solution Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant in SaaS or enterprise software professional services.
• Experience designing solutions for conversational AI, virtual agents, IVR/CCaaS, or automation platforms.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, webhooks, and API specification documentation.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, story estimation, Definition of Ready, and development team briefings.
• Strong client-facing communication, technical discovery, architecture decision-making, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and enterprise SaaS compliance considerations such as SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA, or PCI.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting occasional after-hours go-live events.
