Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: London, UK; in-office four days per week and one flexible day

What you will do

• Advise customers and internal teams on technical solutions, integrations, and best practices.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations for client needs.
• Build and lead technical workshops, immersion labs, and training sessions for prospects and internal teams.
• Translate technical features into business benefits for executives and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on RFPs, proposals, deal strategy, usage-based pricing, and commercial models.
• Support end-to-end pre-sales activities and ensure effective handoffs to Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or implementation, ideally with Global 2000 clients.
• Experience in sourcing or related domains.
• Proven ability to create and deliver product demonstrations and lead technical workshops.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and procurement technology stacks.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Familiarity with usage-based sales and pricing motions.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
