What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to create and execute sales visions for mission-critical systems at Tier 1 banks.
• Translate business problems from key stakeholders into impactful technical visions.
• Lead the development of complex demonstrations that solve critical customer problems.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with customers to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Empower customers and partners to champion the value of the Pega platform.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident based in Sydney.
• Proven enterprise technical sales experience in Financial Services (ideally 5-10 years).
• Deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services.
• Technical/business experience in pre-sales, consulting, or software application development.
• Ability to confidently discuss AI as an enabler for engineering and business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle ambiguous problems.
