Indirect Sourcing Manager

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and manage indirect-spend sourcing strategies across CAPEX, IT, professional services, and other categories.
• Lead cross-functional supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management.
• Reduce total cost of ownership through market analysis, should-cost modeling, and savings prioritization.
• Develop sourcing policies, supplier agreements, and strategic partnerships that support compliance and scalability.
• Manage contract renewals, SLAs, vendor performance, and supplier and contract risks.
• Present sourcing strategies and results to executive leadership while partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts across multiple indirect categories.
• Experience in a fast-growth and/or highly regulated environment.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear, aerospace, or another highly regulated industry.
• MBA or master’s degree.
• Startup or fast-growth company experience.
• CPSM or CPIM certification.
