Store Leader - Fashion Outlets of Chicago

Location: Fashion Outlets of Chicago, Chicago, United States. Workplace type: Onsite. Full-time availability requires open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Salary: $89,000–$110,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure.

What you will do

• Lead the store with a customer-focused mindset and deliver welcoming, inclusive, and personalized service.
• Coach Team Members in real time during high-volume periods to improve connection, conversion, and service quality.
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, replenishment, merchandising, and store standards.
• Own P&L, payroll, inventory, productivity, and other key business metrics.
• Hire, onboard, retain, and develop talent through structured feedback and career plans.
• Partner with HQ Support on business strategies, feedback, and initiatives that improve store and brand performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, problem-solving, operational, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and exceptional service delivery.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to remain physically active and accessible to customers throughout 100% of the scheduled shift; regularly bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds.
