Program Manager V (Creator Economy)

Location: Remote within the United States; Menlo Park, California

Salary: $85–$90/hour on W2

What you will do

• Identify high-potential content creators using data analytics and cultural judgment.
• Direct daily program operations and coordinate alignment across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and other internal teams.
• Monitor cohort metrics including reach, distribution, and content quality to guide continued investment or offboarding decisions.
• Track cross-platform creator advocacy and present success stories to executive leadership.
• Refine selection messaging, communication protocols, and engagement frameworks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Use performance dashboards, AI/LLM tools, and market research to monitor engagement dynamics and cultural trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote contract role.
• Deep understanding of US and Canadian cultural landscapes and diverse demographic segments.
• Experience managing complex, high-profile initiatives and making strategic business decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive deliverables without direct reporting authority.
• Self-directed approach, ability to work in a lean team, and willingness to use emerging technologies independently.
• Basic product acumen and leadership capabilities.

Nice to have

• Background in the creator economy, media and entertainment, talent acquisition or management, or cultural strategy.
