Program Manager, Enterprise Engagements (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise programs from kickoff through long-term steady-state maturity.
• Coordinate Professional Services, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Support throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
• Align product roadmap priorities and delivery timelines with the needs of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Maintain executive communication cadences and provide data-backed reporting on program health.
• Deploy AI tools, LLMs, automated project trackers, and meeting synthesis workflows to remove manual bottlenecks.
• Forecast risks, resource constraints, and delays while resolving misalignments with tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated success driving long-term client outcomes beyond project completion.
• High proficiency with AI agents, automation platforms such as Zapier or Make, and LLMs.
• Ability to influence and lead matrixed teams across Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex program statuses into executive-ready insights.
