AI Program Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Minimum of 3x in office per week)

Salary: $140,000 - $276,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI agenda, cataloging jobs-to-be-done and converting them into agents and automations.
• Build and manage the AI transformation roadmap, sequencing workstreams and dependencies.
• Prototype and ship high-impact AI automations to drive momentum across departments.
• Lead cross-functional system migrations including HRIS, ERP, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Partner with IT and business units to ensure successful adoption of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program or product management at a fast-scaling company.
• Hands-on fluency in AI/LLM, with a proven track record of shipping agents and automations.
• Experience delivering enterprise system migrations such as ERP or HRIS.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to operate effectively across CN, SG, and US time zones.
