Director, Program Delivery

Location: Remote within the United States; not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead program and project management efforts across complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Coordinate parallel and interconnected work streams, hybrid client and internal teams, resources, deliverables, and project methodologies.
• Manage client expectations and lead strategic discussions and presentations.
• Assess and manage change, risks, deliverable requirements, and program-wide goals.
• Mentor and manage employees while supporting the growth of the Program Delivery department.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading and growing several multi-year, multi-million-dollar engagements with multiple work streams and teams.
• Experience in a client services organization, preferably with consulting firms or interactive agencies.
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycles.
• Knowledge of web development and emerging technologies, including AR/VR, voice, and AI.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience, with the ability to work across multiple categories.
• Leadership, mentoring, and team motivation experience.
