What you will do
- Own and maintain the integrated master schedule covering hardware, software, firmware, and product deliveries.
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams.
- Track milestones, manage risks, surface blockers, and drive resolution of critical-path issues.
- Align requirements across engineering, product, and customer teams.
- Facilitate planning sessions, regular program syncs, status reporting, and execution dashboards.
- Support vehicle-generation development and integration, enterprise software upgrades, and firmware iterations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program roles.
- Strong technical background with experience working closely with hardware and software teams.
- Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within budget.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and program tracking tools.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation, robotics, or integrated hardware/software systems.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles or NPI processes.
- Experience with enterprise software platforms or freight industry tools.
