Senior Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA — HQ

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 base annually, with compensation varying by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary programs from product concept through implementation, delivery, production deployment, and support.
• Manage technical development, integration, and deployment of large-scale automation and robotic systems.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across software, mechanical, electrical, industrial, and embedded controls teams.
• Track cross-functional issues, root causes, risks, and corrective action plans throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate project planning, status communication, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, sales, finance, leadership, and customers.
• Improve product development standards, processes, and procedures while coaching teams on NPD best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline; an MS or MBA is beneficial.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in program management.
• Extensive experience with integrated electromechanical systems, mechatronics, robotics, industrial automation, or system integration programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary innovation programs and negotiating resources in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, conflict-resolution, influencing, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Nice to have

• PMP accreditation.
• Experience working with contract manufacturing partners and consultants.
• MS or MBA.
