Program Manager (Robotics Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time, on-site at the manufacturing facility and HQ in Glen Cove, NY

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annually, plus equity and employee stock options.

hirify.global develops scalable industrial robots and is vertically integrating CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, finishing, and casting to support high-volume production.

What you will do

• Establish programs from ambiguous strategic mandates by structuring workstreams, assigning owners, setting milestones, and creating budgets.
• Build decision-grade plans covering requirements, options analysis, cost models, sequencing, and recommendations.
• Drive execution, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Manage internal stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and finance, as well as external vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Build financial models covering make-vs-buy decisions, CapEx, breakeven, unit economics, and EBITDA multiples.
• Prepare executive-grade readouts and drive leadership toward clear, timely decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading cross-functional programs to executive decisions in manufacturing, operations, corporate strategy, BizOps, hardware, or industrial management consulting.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, ambiguous initiatives from strategy through executable planning.
• Fluency in financial modeling, including breakeven, CapEx, unit economics, and make-vs-buy analysis.
• Strong structured writing, executive communication, and board-quality presentation skills.
• Experience managing vendors and consultants, including scoping engagements and controlling budgets and deadlines.
• Comfort working without a playbook at startup pace with direct executive exposure.

Nice to have

• Experience with make-vs-buy, reshoring, capacity expansion, or M&A evaluation.
• Working knowledge of machining, sheet metal, finishing, and casting.
• Experience establishing a shop, plant, or laboratory from scratch.
• Robotics or precision-hardware experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification, or experience with Long Island and NY-metro manufacturing organizations.
