What you will do

• Design equipment, workstations, and assembly lines for existing and new processes.
• Analyze processes using value stream mapping, data analysis, and muda analysis.
• Design future-state processes and the 4M+E framework for new processes.
• Standardize implemented solutions for adoption across other processes.
• Develop action plans, enforce implementation deadlines, and measure improvement results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Management.
• Good knowledge of lean system principles, techniques, methods, and tools.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in building and mechanical experimentation, with a hands-on attitude.
• Graduate profile with 0–1 years of experience.
