R&D Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop new products and technologies aligned with business needs and technical requirements.
• Perform technical feasibility analyses and requirement studies using CAD tools and product analysis.
• Support product design and technical validation through testing, prototyping, and simulations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, tables, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Purchasing, and Project Management to ensure project execution.
• Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning phases and define corrective actions for technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar R&D role, preferably within the industrial sector.
• English: C1 level (excellent command) required.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and Solid Edge.
• Basic knowledge of technical standards and product safety requirements.
• Availability to travel occasionally for short business trips.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of testing methods, technical simulations, and product validation processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
• Knowledge of CE marking processes and technical compliance requirements.
