What you will do

• Build and execute creative outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Set up and optimize lead-generation channels through content and marketing experiments.
• Develop basic sales processes and track experiments and results in the CRM.
• Support deals from initial contact through close.
• Create content that resonates with technical decision-makers.
• Own outbound strategy as an early member of the go-to-market team, with a potential path to an Account Executive role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a BDR or in a growth role.
• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, process discipline, and CRM management skills.
• Knowledge of sales development tools, messaging best practices, and scalable outbound processes.
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Experience selling ML/AI products or developer tools.
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup.
• Established relationships in the ML/AI ecosystem.
• Technical background or strong interest in AI/ML.
• Demonstrated success in previous BDR roles with clear metrics.
